Soil Mapping

 

Help clients, help clients, help clients to perform feasibility studies for the purpose of informing clients of the potential for a site to treat and dispose of sewage onsite and detail the type of system required to comply with applicable state and local regulations governing sewage treatment and disposal in Virginia.

Wills & Trusts

 

Performs and coordinates the point of sale inspection of conventional and alternative onsite sewage system to determine their current functionality and how that may impact the seller or buyer of a dwelling.

Payroll

 

Perform site and soil field evaluations for the preparing Certification Letter and Sewage System Construction Applications and permitted sewage system designs.

Advisory

 

Perform system evaluation to determine the type of application and provisions necessary to apply for a Voluntary Upgrade or  Repair/Replacement.

Bookkeeping

 

Perform compliance inspections and sampling events for systems permitted by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality in consultation with the local health department. VPDES compliance.

Cash Management

 

Perform inspection and sampling of alternative onsite sewage systems to ensure homeowners are incompliance with performance standards regulating alternative onsite sewage systems.

Wills & Trusts

 

Perform preliminary site and soil evaluations for proposed subdivisions utilizing onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems. Preliminary site and soil evaluations are imperative to engineers and architects in the conceptual layout of the subdivision and how onsite sewage systems could affect locations of lot lines, road ways and/or  drainage features.

Bookkeeping

 

Perform post installation of sewage system installations to ensure the system was installed in accordance with the sewage system design permit and state and local regulation governing newly constructed onsite sewage disposal systems.

Cash Management

 

Prepare operational and maintenance manuals required by the local health department upon completion of the sewage system installation. The O&M manual serves as an onsite sewage system owner’s manual detailing the functional components of the system and will include but not limited to sampling schedules and sample parameters.
