Active member of VOWRA (Virginia Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association) since 2005. More recently in October of 2018 I was elected to the Board of Directors representing AOSES and PEs in the state of Virginia.

Graduated from Old Dominion University in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health and began working at the Chesapeake Health Department performing state funded mitigation of the onsite wastewater programs. I was responsible as a team member to implementing practical onsite sewage disposal services throughout area of the city not served by a municipal or central sewage treatment and/or disposal system. In 2005 I left the Chesapeake Health Department to pursue opportunities in the private sector at an engineering firm in Virginia Beach, working in consultation with the Engineering Department. Duties included performing site and soil evaluations, site feasibility studies, onsite sewage system designs and compliance inspections for private alternative onsite sewage systems.

In 2008 I returned to Old Dominion University in a pilot cooperative extension program with Eastern Virginia Medical School, receiving my Master Degree in Public Health with a minor focus on Epidemiology. I continued to refine the product and onsite sewage system program at MSA, P.C.

Which brings me to the present, I have decided to become a locally small owned business to utilize knowledge and experience gained over the last 20 years to help people acting as a liaison for my clients to the Local Health Department and the Virginia Department of Health. The company is committed to assisting clients understand and successfully maneuver the process of acquiring sewage system construction permits and compliance with state regulated performance standards for private drinking water wells and/or alternative onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems.

Customer service oriented company while focusing on the quality of the product being produced. Dedicated to providing clients with a quality product in a timely manner while ensuring client communication, client understanding and client satisfaction. I want clients who are satisfied, happy and understand their position in the process. I want clients to feel like they got a quality product for a fair price.
I charge a fee to pay the bills but on a personal level there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone build their dream home or possibly their first home or someone dealing with a malfunctioning onsite sewage system. Likewise there is great personal satisfaction from protecting buyers and sellers of real estate from purchasing a property without fully understanding the onsite sewage system and/or water supply implications and expected requirements. As a part of my career and my job it is necessary for the clients to understand onsite requirements and post installation annual compliance if applicable.
